After placing an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
If you did not receive an order confirmation, contact us at info@goatboxing.com with the name and email address used for the order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link from the carrier by email. You can use this link to follow the delivery status of your package.
Tracking can sometimes take a little time to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier. If your tracking has not updated after a reasonable period, please contact us and we will help you check the status.

Taking good care of your gear helps it last longer and keeps it fresh, safe, and comfortable to use.

Use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap. Wipe the product gently, then wipe again with a clean damp cloth. Dry with a towel and let the product air dry fully.
Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, alcohol-based cleaners, or excessive water.
Always follow the washing instructions inside the product.
General care tips:
Do not leave sweaty clothing in a gym bag for days, as this can cause odor and mold.
Wash hand wraps after a few training sessions, or more often if you sweat a lot.

Store boxing gloves, hand wraps, apparel, and equipment in a dry, clean, and well-ventilated place.
Avoid damp storage areas such as basements, bathrooms, or closed gym bags.
The lifespan of boxing gear depends on how often and how intensely it is used, how well it is maintained, and what type of training it is used for.
As a general indication, boxing gloves used 1–2 times per week can last around 6 months to 1 year with proper care.
