The products are sent for shipment within 48 hours from the Netherlands. If you live in the Netherlands it will take one day for the products to arrive. Further locations will take a longer time. Within one week in Europe, and up to three weeks worldwide.

Shipping cost depends on the destination. The shipping costs for all orders are €4,95 within the Netherlands. Orders above €74,95 include free shipping within the Netherlands. The shipping costs for orders within Europe are €8,95 and orders worldwide are €19,95.
We’re incredbly proud of our craftmanship. You always have the right on a qualitative non-faulty product. When returning the product, we will decide whether any fault on the product gives you the right to a refund or reparation. You have the right to withdraw the order untill 14 days after placing it without any reason.
